This one runs Oct. 16 thru 18 with a field of only 96 ... top 50 plus ties make the cut. As of now, one spot is unfilled. The Superstar is not in the field and I have a feeling that she'll be on the outs looking in the rest of the year. Shibuno Fever will return to this tour starting Oct. 30 and will play four straight events before finishing the year at the USWO.
TV Asahi will have Rounds Two and Three (Japan time) :
Sat. 2:30 PM (Live)
Sun. 4:00 PM (Delayed)

A variety of other channels will cover it at earlier times. Try this YouTube search:

Not sure if Solar Lee made the right decision to come back to JLPGA this year. Because of the number of Tournaments she will get in. There is only one more Tournament on the KLPGA Dream Tour. So maybe she can join Kotone Hori on the Step Up Tour.(Kidding)

It was definitely a poor decision for Solar to return to the JLPGA when she did. After she left the Dream Tour, she was still in the Top Ten moneylist after their next two events that she didn't even play. If she had stayed, I think all she had to do was play average to secure her 2021 KLPGA card.
But it may not have been her decision. I think she first got her cap sponsor (Talking Tom) right after she first qualified for the JLPGA 2019 season. It was probably written into her contract that she needs to play the JLPGA or she loses the sponsorship. Talking Tom was buying Japanese exposure on their big tour, not Korean exposure on a minor league tour.

Thursday practice:
Yuka Yasuda will tee it up after missing three weeks with a sprained back.
Defending champ Ayaka Furue ... at the Grip Online Store you can buy this windshirt for ¥16,500 (tax included) or about $157.
I didn't see this rain outfit at the Grip Online Store ... which you probably couldn't afford anyway.
Yuka Saso and Sakura Koiwai

The 55-minute LIVE broadcast on TV Asahi ran perfectly to completion ... but plenty of golfers are still on the course and no other channels are picking up the rest of the round. What kind of scheduling is this?
The cut line will probably be +6. Still in pain, Yuka Yasuda dropped out and these players dropped out from the swamp:
Aoi Ohnishi Mami Fukuda Mika Miyazato S Langkul Na-Ri Lee
Saki Asai is the clubhouse leader at -5.

The LIVE rogue Abema TV of Round Three is running now (above), for how long I don't know. As usual, the 1st hole and range only. Queen Shiho, Ai Suzuki and Ayaka Watanabe just teed off.

The only graphic in English is a big banner across the entire screen that says "Nice Birdie!!" whenever a player makes one.
I'm switching back to the KB Financial. Hojo & Lucky 6 are just beginning their rounds.

NiceBirdie!
That's what SW Bae just made at #11 ... trails the leader JY Shin by two shots. Meanwhile, you're spending hours waiting to see if HoJo can blow a ten-shot lead. I see on that scoreboard that she gave away three of those shots thru six holes ... she's just teasing you.
