- Min Sun Kim is still missing very short putts. That could cost her tomorrow.
- This could be a big moment for the Rookie race. So far, Ryu has easily controlled it, but she hasn't been fantastic yet. Several of the other rookies could make it a real competition by winning here, especially Se Lin Hyun, who has already contended a couple of times this year, and Seung Hui Ro, who dominated the Dream Tour last year.
- Yoon Kyung Heo back in the hunt; it still seems incredible that she could return to the winner's circle, but she certainly knows how to win, so who knows?
When Min Sun5 Kim three putted twelve and So Young Lee made a long par putt. Things didn't look good especially after she made another bogey. But I guess So Young Lee had made her quota, because she missed a short par putt on 15.
I just can't stay up the for LIVE broadcasts on SBS Golf ... fortunately, they run the first edited replay immediately afterward, so I can watch it at a "decent" east coast hour.
The best part was Yu Jin Seong draining and fist-pumping her 5.6-yard birdie putt at #18 to go 11-under (starting at 5:52 mark on the 3rd round H/L video posted by SYF). Oh yeah, she was really rocking that white outfit, too. Only one problem: Where was the roar? These broadcasts really suffer without galleries. FYI, you can roar through a mask.
Never saw Seul Ki Lee 2 before ... her face and CJ cap reminded me of Seon Hwa Lee, but her swing was not on the same planet. On the other hand, Hae Ran Ryu's pass at a ball could win style points.
Kudos to Ga Young Lee for escaping the cellar with six birdies during a seven hole stretch, but she was still shut out by the shutterbugs. FYI, the second video on this page from March shows she is ready for the limelight:
