It's June 18-21 at Bear's Best Cheongna GC, a few miles from the Incheon Airport. The KLPGA website has no field listed yet. After navigating the user-unfriendly KGA website, I found a .pdf form listing tee times for 37 foursomes going off the 1st and 10th tees. I count 9 openings which leaves 139 confirmed for now. The LPGA names include Mi Rim Lee, SY Ryu, BadA$$, HoJo, EH Ji, The New Ko, Dr. Noh and The Total Package. I also see the name Su Yeon Kang ... is that the JLPGA/KLPGA/LPGA retiree? JLPGAers SW Bae and Min Young Lee will also tee it up. The 12:20 PM time at the 1st tee only has the names of Ryu and Ko, so I'm guessing they're saving at least one spot for a BIG name. It would be nice if someone over there threw some table scraps to MHL, after all she was a reserve on the ROK national team for three years. How about getting some American and Japanese players to fill in the blank spots, too?

Mi Hyang is qualified to play via her Rolex No. 48 ranking through the rule: "Top-5 of Rolex 200 who hasn't already qualified." It's the same rule that qualifies Yealimi Noh.

They're up to 143 players with 5 possible openings to fill, per the .pdf doc on the KGA website. Bo Mee Lee is now the third player with The New Ko and SY Ryu ... there's room for one more. Also, the last foursome going off the 10th tee has no one in it.
UPDATE: They've settled on 144 players going out in threesomes.

Yealimi Noh is paired with Minsun Kim 5 and Yuwon Lee (A); she'll tee off from Hole #1 at 12:47 PM on Thursday. "It is exciting from the beginning of the group. The'Dream Match' group, selected as a fan vote, was made up of Ko Jin-young, Hye-jin Choi, and Bo-mi Lee representing Korea, the United States, and Japan. In addition, the competition between Lee Da-yeon, Oh Ji-hyun and Kim Ji-hyun, who have been tied up as champions for the past three years, is also interesting. Park Hyun-kyung, the winner of the KLPGA Championship, which was the first tournament after Corona 19, was grouped in the '2000 Trio' with Joa-yeon and Lim Hee-jung." Pairings

'Notable' is in the eye of the beholder I guess. I kind of go along with how they pair them and add a top golfer that they miss. Who did I miss 2016 winner Shi Hyun Ahn?

I thought I read somewhere that the English-speaking guys will be back this week broadcasting on YouTube. Do we have times and links on that?
'Notable' So Hyeon Ahn will tee off at 11:58 PM EST on Wednesday with SY Ryu and The Hulk.
Char Young Kim 2 is not notable? She's going out with two unknowns (to me) off the 10th tee at 8:09 AM local time.

Haven't found the link for the coverage yet, but it's nice to see SBS Golf Channel getting more into providing English language content.
Here we have a golf lesson featuring So Hyeon Ahn with English subtitles. Cool!

Here's a link to some pre-event ballyhoo. Here we see the former champs in the field at a Kia dealership:

If you're in Canada, the CBC is again covering all four rounds and has encores as well. Here is the link for the first round coverageSBS Golf Channel's YouTube page has this page, which I'm guessing is where the event will be. Check back every few hours. I have seen no sign of any American channel covering this event alas. According to the page, the coverage starts at 7 AM GMT Thursday, which is midnight PST and 3 AM EST. SBS Golf YouTube Channel
