18majors, why would Dr. Noh settle for a lousy top-20 while slumming a non-Hana Bank KLPGA event ( the minor leagues!!!!!)? She ought to be in the final threesome on Sunday fighting for the win. I thought she was a lioness when she defied the GIC and skipped college, not just another loser American. ********* Chae Young Yoon made it to JTBC Golf. https://www.instagram.com/p/CAuigi1lsW_

philknj Given time, she'll be OK. During her first three tournaments this year, Yealimi's scoring average was 2.73 higher than last year. She's been under tremendous pressure from Hana Financial Group; whose original goal was Rolex No. 1 this year. Hana took her to Korea for 7 weeks of heavy training two days after her Q-School last year. She played little or no golf during that period. This three months shutdown has been godsend for her, she finally has a chance to get used to her new physique. Top 20 will be a great achievement next week.

How about covering the fricking KLPGA? Or at least acknowledging that it exists? Flights to Korea nowadays are few, far between and thus expensive, AND you'd be obligated to spend two weeks in self isolation upon arrival before you actually get to explore the country at a socially acceptable distance. Since Beth Ann or any other non-Korean golf writer may not be privy to the 3rd party stream of SBS Golf's coverage that pretty much assures no one knows what's going on in real time. So there.Kevin

Are the Mizuno irons out for MHL? She appeared on Epon's IG in early May. I had to look up Grandura ... it's a California-based shaft brand, although they haven't updated its IG account since Oct. 2017 when they announced they were forming a "strategic partnership" with Matrix Shafts (one of MHL's brands). https://www.instagram.com/p/B_6R179lC6t

So there.Kevin She doesn't have to fly to Korea. We don't. Don't you think that Golfweek is a big enough magazine that they could call up the KLPGA or email them and get them to send a little info their way, which Nichols or someone could turn into a story once or twice a week? Of course they could. They just don't.
