Is this the first time Lucy Li is playing for money instead of ice cream?
Karen Chung, Alison Lee, Rebecca Lee-Bentham, Weiwei Zhang, Youngin Chun, Sierra Brooks...
Hey Whan, how about setting up a camera on the first tee and streaming it on YouTube? It would cost you next to nothing.

Excellent point, in fact I remember the LPGA making a big deal out of broadcasting the final round of a Symetra event on Facebook two or three years ago. The last few holes of Muni's marathon match against Galdiano at the 2016 USWA was followed by a kid with a tablet ... that didn't cost very much!!! I posted a couple of FB video links into that tournament thread ... I assume they still work.
Some enterprising reporter needs to track down Weiwei Zhang ... after all, she is from the Corona epicenter.

https://www.instagram.com/p/B7_Yps6lzMJ The real Canadian Princess (kidding) Maddie Szeryk is starting her second year on the Symetra Tour. Saw her when she got her first win as a Professional on the Cactus Tour. I also watched So Yeon Ryu first win as a Pro on the Cactus Tour.

https://www.instagram.com/p/B9NlrAplnNK Youngin Chun is getting some practice ahead of the first Symetra Tour Tournament. I wonder if she will play Symetra full time or jump between Symetra and LPGA. With her priority position on the LPGA she wont get into many tournaments. Unless the one she plays she finish no worse than top ten or better. To move up after the first reshuffle. By the way her swing looks good.

On-site signage of last year's champion. Who will hoist the coveted Bowl of Oranges this year?

Youngin still has a lot of time to sharpen her game and move into the big leagues. I have a feeling she'll make it. Good luck to her!

Some other intriguing names: Harang Lee (Spanish Sister and former LPGA member) Yujeong Son (current LPGA rookie)
As for Yae Eun Hong, this will be a good chance to see where she stands right now. If she's a legit KLPGA rookie contender, I would expect her to contend here. If she completely bombs out, it might be a sign that she has some work to do to get to KLPGA standard.

The Korean media articles I read a month or so ago seemed to think she was going to the KLPGA. I guess we'll soon know!

This's the Yae Eun we know!
After missing cuts left and right in both Vietnam and Australia; Yae Eun has been waiting for the Symetra Tour to get started.
She's second at -4 after 14 holes..

Great round by Maddie Szeryk to take the first round lead. Karen Chung got to minus three, but had a bogey and double bogey finish. Yujeong Son plus one start is ok, but need a better second round. Youngin Chun plus two, one below the projected cut line also has a little work to do.
