Youngin Chun, Esther Henseleit and Becky Kay will Monday qualify. Monday QualifierHee Won Jung is on the list. I wonder if it's the Hee Won Jung on the KLPGA. A few years ago she was a top thirty player. But she hasn't played in too many tournaments the last two or three years. I remember that she was an alternate at the Queens Tournament that the KLPGA won.

Great to see those KLPGA 2nd year stars in the field. I hope they get onto the broadcast. There is a broadcast, right?

Hinako Shibuno has played two LPGA events, 2019 Taiwan Swing Skirts and Toto Japan Classic, after she won AIG Women's British Open.

Weiwei Zhang's win in Thailand last September was also the first event on the 2019-20 ALPG calendar, so that got her into the Vic Open and the Aussie Open. Besides going after chump change on the ALPG and CLPGA in 2020, I don't know where else she has decent playing status ... I know she did okay at KLPGA q-school in Thailand last year, but I don't know what she earned from that ... the KLPGA website doesn't look particularly helpful on this topic.
BTW, one of Zhangs's CLPGA wins last year was in Wuhan. It won't be fun for these players passing through a series of Asian airport in February and March.
*******
Korean am Min A Yoon is in the field, who had a T-4 at Stage One of LPGA q-school last August. She's ranked higher than some of the players already in the field for 2020 ANWA.
******
I assume Becky Kay will try to qualify for this one, as well as the Aussie Open.

Wonder if Blue Bay at Hainan Island will be played? It's over a month away, but could take a while for China to get through this Wuhan virus...lots of players might want to skip it. Don't think there'll be a problem with Thailand and Singapore - haha, well, I hope not, 'cause I'll be attending both!

There's no men's event Down Under the week after this one, so the field on that side will take a hit. Confirmed entrants include Haotong Li, Lucas Herbert, Minwoo Lee, defending champ David Law, Hideto Tanihara, Nick O'Hern and Geoff Ogilvy. The Saudi winner this week will also be eligible for this one. Ryo Ishikawa is not on the entry list, but I heard his name on a podcast I'm listening to ... he played last year. There are a small handful of TBD openings on the Euro PGA tour website.
Minwoo had a great start to 2020...

Esther Henseleit won 2019 LET order of merit. She missed automatic entry by one spot; she's priority #162, right behind Andrea Lee.

Weiwei Zhang is no longer in the fields for the Vic and Aussie Opens. She is from Hubei province, which is the worst place on the planet these days.
************
Jin Hee Im and He Won Jung won the two qualifier spots in a four-hole playoff.
