The Suggs bracket is where it’s at. Lexi vs Shanshan.
Lexi is too big to fail here but an honest debate could break either way and should probably go to former world numero uno Shanshan.

I think this thing is about to go " Boaty McBoatface". Brooke in the final two?... yeah NO! Inbee #1 by quite a margin Yani and Lydia T2, no others close LPGA is gonna have some splainin' to do if Brooke wins.

It's just an off-season popularity stunt voted on by social media. It means less than nothing.

Sure, it's a meaningless publicity stunt. But for the sake of argument, is there any way that Henderson belongs there? I think the clear top four should be Ya Ni, Inbee, Lydia and Ariya. All multiple Major winners, all former #1s, all more wins than Brooke, all plentiful post-season hardware.
BUT we can't have four Asians in the final four, can we?

Brooke fans aren't golf fans. They are Brooke fans.

Why would the LPGA have to explain itself? It's just an off-season popularity stunt voted on by social media. It means less than nothing. I would have agreed with that statement, except for LPGA posted a massive front page article with "Legends" making their pick. I think none of them picked Brooke. Daytona seems all in with legitimizing this as much as it can be. Pushing the heck out of it round by round. It's not "Most Likeable" of the decade, or "Most attractive to corporate sponsors" of the decade. It's pretty clear this was supposed to be achievement. It's sub-optimal for all involved if the (in theory) actual LPGA fans go popularity contest with this. And the fact that she's in the final two (or even made the final four?? ) suggests that has already happened.

Brooke fans aren't golf fans. They are Brooke fans. That includes the people that runs the LPGA, including Mike Whan.

This whole thing is going to be a mess and we shouldn’t take it too seriously. “Brooke fan” is going to Mcboatface this thing and the LPGA doesn’t care. They’d be happy with the publicity or ideally for ROK golf fans to get into a voting war. But Brooke is a model athlete and undeniably great for the LPGA and sport. Of course Whan is a fan because entertainment needs stars.

Jin Young Ko played for 1 year. Why is she on the list? I like Brooke but couldn't put her higher than 7th. My Top five would be: 1- Inbee (by a mile, the only one of the bunch that has been consistant all decade) 2- Lydia 3- Yani 4- Stacy 5- Ariya IMO, after that there is a big drop. But what the heck, it gives us something to debate while we are waiting for the season to start.

Jin Young played two years in the decade and in that time has won more than Michelle Wie in her entire career, yet Wie made the list (ditto In Gee, and I love In Gee). She's won in fact as much as former world #1 So Yeon Ryu has in 8 seasons. And she already has three major year-ending awards (ROY, POY, Vare), I think as many as Inbee compiled. She's not in the top 8, probably, but definitely in the top 16.
I think Ya Ni was a more impressive player than Lydia when she was at her best, but Lydia did all those things when she was still a teenager, which is pretty mind blowing to recall.

Honorable mention Sei Young Kim. Ten wins since she joined the Tour in 2015. Rookie of The Year. No Major Wins, but three or four top fives.

So Yeon was a ninth seed, even thou she had only six wins. It was probably because of her performance in Majors. She had two wins, four seconds, fifteen top fives and nineteen top tens.
