bo mee lee had her last win in 2017 on the Jlpga.
2017 she had that one win. 2016 5 wins. 2015 7 wins. 2014 3 wins. 2013 2 wins. 2012 3 wins. overall total 21 wins on the Jlpga.
hinako shibuno would have a very hard time matching such a record... time will tell...

Someone has a LIVE broadcast of Round Four running now:
It's currently 52 F and going up to 67 F with a chance of a shower ... Miyazaki is farther south than Jeju Island.
Today's pin position at the par-4 1st leaves a wide open shot to a left pin ... in Round Three, they had the pin tucked behind a tree on the far right. JY Shin hit her second shot into that tree and it never came down. I wonder if they want to dumb down the course to create a birdiefest on Sunday?
Sayaka Takahashi and Ah Reum Hwang - how many cities are in that sweater? I'll have to look for a bigger picture later.

Figured I would catch a little Bo Mee Fever tonight. I don't know what those announcers are saying but I detect a note of wistfulness in their voices whenever the cameras show her practicing.
They're actually showing a graphic with the players' names in English on the first tee (for most players). A huge help for a fair-weather fan like me who can only pick out the top players (and Solar Lee) on the JLPGA.

I dozed off during the stream (which was taken down anyway ) ... watched the NTV stream which opened with Shibuno on the 12th tee showing a scorecard with 11 straight pars ... par golf wasn't going to get it done today.

ROY and Mercedes POY/Money leader/Scoring avg. leader
Bo Mee Lee and Erika Hara (-1)

Ai Suzuki and Min Young Lee (-2)
Yui lapping up all the glory now .... seven weeks later, she'll get sent out in a 2:20 PM tee time with Min Seo Kwak and Dana Finkelstein in Boca Raton with more crickets than Japanese photographers.
The Old Ko trick of weakening your opponent's fighting will by feeding them ... I don't think it worked, Ayaka Furue (who looks smaller than NASA) continues to validate her recent JLPGA win as an amateur.

Congratulation to Seon Woo Bae for the win. I hoped that Bo-Mee would get the win. She had a slow start to the round but came back a little. Still she played a lot better the second half of the season.

I had a feeling Bo Mee wasn't going to hang in there. Still, it's nice seeing her on leaderboards again. And congrats to Seon Woo Bae on a big win!
