The tour's annual skin show kicks off this week, while the real golf begins Friday at Eagle Point GC, about 30 miles NE of downtown Tokyo. Chie Arimura is the defending champ.

Ha Neul Kim just can't seem to get anything going.
Natsuka Hori is in a familiar place on the leaderboard, dead last. Phoebe Yao has been in a slump lately was a regular top twenty on the money list. She is now fifty seven on the list.

Reika Usui (+1) during Round One...the first lace garment I've ever seen in golf...not practical if you're trying to retrieve your ball under a sticker bush.

Early Round Two:
Momoka Miura, Hinako Shibuno and Momoko Osato

I would definitely follow the first morning group (Miyuki Takeuchi, Shiho Oyama and Ayaka Matsumori) before catching up with the leaders later.

It was a low money, weak field event, but Sakura Koiwai beat the best for her first win. In total ballstriking (total driving + GIR) for 2019, Min Young Lee is 1st and Koiwai is 2nd.

"Do you believe in crossing species?"
Min Young Lee and Misuzu Narita
Jae Eun Chung (-5), Kana Mikashima and Serena Aoki
Lala Anai won the longest driving award...what is that thing?
Number 9 won the contest...meh ... then the real queen took the stage.
