This one runs Friday thru Sunday. Eri Okayama can't defend her title as she will be in Charleston, SC.
No TV on Friday, but lots of TV Saturday and Sunday starting at 8 AM (Japan time)...try this search in Youtube:
リゾートトラスト レディス
Sunday's national broadcast will be LIVE at 1:55 PM thru 3:20 PM (Japan time) here:
aqstream.com/jp/tva/TV-Asahi
They changed courses in 2019 to Grandee Hamanako GC near Lake Hamana. It opened in 2004 and looks completely man-made...reminds me of Jack Nicklaus GC Korea in Incheon.

A few pics before hitting the sack...I'm all golfed out from watching the USWO stream...haven't found a YouTube stream for this one tonight and don't feel like staying up for it if I did find one.
Serena Aoki and Momoka Miura
Shiho Oyama, Rumi Yoshiba and Shin Ae Ahn...horrendous +3 start for Sharon on her first holes; will have to make up two or three shots on the back nine for a realistic chance at making the cut.

amateur Ayaka Furue, aka "shaking ayaka" (another translation nickname).. is ranked 44 by WAGR. the top three on the leaderlboard are an amateur and 2 rookies. photos of ayaka with jlpga players (look for the shortest one) she is just shy of being 5 feet tall; just graduated high school, she went to the same high school as yuka yasuda. http://instagr.am/p/Bj122VrnIXq

Furue and Yasuda in the same high school?! Do they have high school teams over there? They would have murdered everyone.
I'm in blackout mode until the broadcast starts in less than an hour.
Will SW Bae be denied victory again...this time by a kid?!

As soon as the TV Asahi time slot reached its end point, they flashed a few sponsor graphics over the screen and cut out to a series of commercials...it didn't matter that Erika Hara was getting set over a birdie putt on the second playoff hole... TIME'S UP!!!! Video of the entire playoff:

Overdue first win on Japan's big tour
Low am Ayaka Furue
SW Bae at par-3 15th during second hole of playoff...turned out to be a good shot.
Yui Kawamoto...her build, walk and set up over the ball reminds me of Lucky 6.
Sakura Koiwai
Sky Kim (-4) and Natsuki Hatano (-2)
Hikari Fujita (+2) and Chie Arimura (-4)
Ji Hee Lee (-4) and Megumi Kido (-5)

phil: thanks for the playoff video, was wondering what happened to that last putt by hara.. erika hara at 173cm reminds me a lot of ayaka watanabe.. the other story is Hikari Fujita who had another good tournament and appears to be fully recovered from her surgery. her longest drive was listed at 265yds.. http://instagr.am/p/Bl1stvCh4rK

Seon Woo is getting closer and closer. Should be any week now that she claims her first win. Good job anyway!

It appears that Erika Hara's fanboys are called Team Golden Dragon:
