This one starts Friday at Chukyo GC, about 15 miles east of Nagoya...the current field has 103 names...I assume they'll add five more for the usual 108...sure would be great if they added Bridgestone staffer So Hyeon Ahn, but I'm not expecting it.
Sunday's regular broadcast will be at 3 PM (Japan time) here:
aqstream.com/jp/ntv/NTV
There will be LIVE coverage starting at 6:15 AM on Sat. & Sun. (Japan time), as well as other times Friday thru Sunday...try YouTube search:

Sharon's bag below from April...obviously she is welcome at this event and also uses a Bridgestone ball. Question: what is that white-shafted sledgehammer in the upper-left? You can see it better in the second pic of this collection. I checked Honma's Japan and English website, but didn't see it...also did a cursory look up in EBay, but it was not there. My usual sources have no details on her bag after 2017. The Tourspec Golf site doesn't have it. It might be an old club she picked up after dropping Titleist for Honma around 2012. It reminds of Shi Hyun Ahn carrying a mystery bloated 4-iron back in the old days.

I'm guessing the rest of you have noticed this: Instagram now only shows a few random comments from each posting; you can't scroll through all of them like before (which is annoying). Perhaps this is a new incentive to sign up for an account, but I won't do it.
Rei Matsuda and Momoko Osato showed up for a Bridgestone fan event in Nagoya on Monday.

If you hit the '+' button on Instagram (it's usually near the top of the comments) you can see more comments. But, they put the new comments at the bottom, so you have to scroll down, look at those, then scroll back to the + to see more. Idiotic UI decision there.

After I click on a posting, I don't see any '+' button using Mozilla or MS Edge. Do you have to be logged in to see all the comments now?

Scroll the comments up to the top so you can see the text that the player put in with the post. Right under that is a '+'. I use Edge and see it there. Note that it is not with the other icons, it's in the actual scroll box that contains the comments. Another stupid decision.

I see no scroll bar on the right, but when I clicked in the text area and used the arrow keys it "worked" and I saw the '+' symbols...yes, stupid changes.

Aigoo, an opening 76. +4 will put Sharon's cut made streak in danger.
Jae Eun Chung (+3, 75)
While "playing hurt", Yuka Yasuda is Even thru 15 holes...she doesn't look like much physically, but she just excels on the big stage...see example below (same golf course in 2018)

20 year old Rookie Yui Kawamoto, -5, T1 had 4 straight wins on the step up tour last year, it only seems a matter of time before she wins on the main tour... she has problems deciding how to coordinate her hair ribbon for each round .. except the last round of each tournament she always wears red or pink in honor of tiger woods... http://instagr.am/p/Bx143JIFk3D
