LPGA FLAK: How do you both like playing in team events? I know you haven't been in the Solheim Cup, but you have the International Crown. LYDIA: Actually In Gee's been in more team events, she has the International Crown. In Bee's event in Korea last year was my first team event as a pro.

I wasn't going to post this week's Superstar interview, but the first question from the press (at 3:40) just seemed to suck the air out of the room. I don't know who that guy was, but he obviously didn't get the GIC memo mandating fluff questions. Both Kupcho & Fassi did a nice job responding.

So what was the question? And responses? Can you see the video above? If not you might want to try accessing the site on a different device or web browser. I'm not an expert on that sort of thing though.

I didn't notice that Youngin was there this week. Anyways, looks like she got a little airtime, too:

Round 1 Pretty good opening rounds for most of the Sister teams. Jin Young and Minjee got off to a slightly slow start but finished the day in good position; a great iron shot on the last by Jin Young! Amy/Mirim and Hyo Joo/Eun Hee also did well, and In Gee/Lydia are also under par. Even Youngin Chun's team is not bad at +1. Sisters hwaiting!!

Creamer and Pressel are a great story this week.
The last few years they have demonstrated what it takes to make it as a female pro athlete in the first place. They both worked hard and didn't gripe during their slumps.

Looks like Fassi and Kupcho will miss the cut. I'm expecting them to be in the booth all day today commentating...

Great, Youngin and Alana made the cut on the number -4, -5 today. Thanks to Youngin Chun birdie, par, par, the last three holes. While her partner Alana Uriell made bogey on the last three holes.
All the Korean golfers are within three shots of the lead. Alana Uriell played in two tournaments, made 54k. A sixty three tie and a tie for ninth place. That's pretty good.
