So Yeon finally coming alive. In Gee...not so much. Among the leaders and based on hula potential alone, I'm rooting for So Yeon, who would capture the timeless elegance and grace of the ancient dance. Canadian’s are not known for their dancing. If Jenny Shin ever wins this thing is would be 1-A at the GIC.

Ugh. After a huge buildup, GC didn't even stay on the air to show the winner's hula. What do they think we all sat through four hours for?!
They probably didn't want to embarass Brooke. She barely even tried last year.

Round 4
Pretty meh finish to an event that has been very bad to the Sisters. Apparently they have only won it once in the past 8 tries; that was when Sei Young famously beat Inbee in a playoff by holing out from the fairway. Minjee also got a win as well if you want to count her.
Anyhoo, the only player who made a great run was So Yeon. Good job by her to capture an unlikely top ten, her first of the year. Hopefully she can build on that!
In Gee and Inbee were both so-so, finishing nonetheless under par on Sunday to grab top thirties. Jeong Eun looked poised for a top ten but had to settle for t-12th, yet another top 20 for 2019. Jin Young did OK, a top 20, although that's still her second worst finish of the season.
Eun Hee never really threatened, so it was up to Hye Jin to provide some momentary excitement. That she did, finishing t-5th.
Whatever, not a great week, but still some solid finishes. Onwards!

team japan had one top 10 in Haru Nomura -8, close behind were Minami Katsu -6 who had a good first tournament in the USA .. Sakura Yokomine had a nice comeback also -6.
rookie Suzuka Yamaguchi is entered in the next two LPGA qualifiers at Wilshire and Lake Merced, and i believe she is in the USWO qualifier at City of Industry Apr 24, which is not far from me so maybe i will be able to go watch it.

So Yeon got me hopeful for a great finish when I checked and she was minus four through eight holes. But she couldn't keep it going, with no birdies and one bogey the last ten holes. Anyway her first top ten and tied with Inbee for lowest round of the Korean Golfers is pretty good.
Great tournament for Hye Jin Choi because she has struggled a little this year.
Good comeback for Jeongeun Lee6 after the plus three start. Not a very good final round, but good tournament.
Jin Young thirty five putting day didn't help her score.
Alas Youngin Chun tough finish. Although she made enough money to buy dinner for her Caddie. Too many sixes on her day, six of them. However she just turned eighteen with limited tournament experience. If she just hang in there and make cuts she has the talent to keep her card.

What’s up with 18Majors? Tough week for Rory fans with Tiger reclaiming the throne.
