The new guy is really deep. Earlier this year, I heard Azinger say, "nothing rolls like a ball."

I'll always remember Miller's great call during the So Yeon Ryu US Women's Open win. He really seemed to appreciate what she had accomplished and what she brought to the table. He enthused repeatedly how impressive both Ryu and Hee Kyung Seo's demeanors were before and during the playoff.
As So Yeon walked to the green on the final hole, having hit a near perfect approach (she would birdie), her expression began to change as she began to realize the enormity of what had happened. Miller detected it and described it beautifully (I bet many would not have seen it, it was subtle but definitely there once you noticed it). He also said of her, 'this is a first class, world class player'. One of my favorite calls in a golf tournament to this day.
My other Miller story comes from the 2003 Women's Open in Portland. I saw him walking the course early on Sunday, checking out the pin positions and taking notes. Now that's dedication.
I really missed him at Sebonack. I would have loved his take on Inbee's epic third straight Major.
