Her best friend Anne Van Dam is in Stage II; but Olivia Cowan's decided to stay put and stay at LET. She's No. 110 on Symetra money list and is eligible to play Stage II. https://www.instagram.com/p/BopGN-IgXUE

Lucky 6 has officially entered Q-Series. That's the best news I've heard since I learned last night that Georgia wasn't playing the Hana Bank. . The only thing better would be for Lucky 6 to win the Hana Bank and forego Q-series. . . I think she has a different attitude about coming to the LPGA than did Jin Young. . .

Qualification for Q-Series
- Players ranked within the Top 75 on the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings as of the entry deadline for Stage II (August 13). Players will be ranked in the order of their position on the list as of August 13, 2018. If more than 10 players apply through this Category, remaining players will be moved to start the qualifying process at Stage II.
I'm surprised at the large number of players (19) who've qualified through this rule. It appears Rolex ranking has been generous to JLPGA, not so much to KLPGA.
11. Hye Jin Choi 23. Ai Suzuki 26. Jiyai Shin 30. Lucky 6 33. Ji Hyun Oh 40. Teresa Lu 42. Sun Ju Ahn 43. Mamiko Higa 44. Hana Jang 45. Min Young 2 Lee 50. Sung Hyun Lee 53. Ji Hyun 2 Kim 54. Hae Rym Kim 60. Ji Hyun Kim 63. Seon Woo Bae 67. Da Yeon Lee 69. Momoko Ueda 72. Ha Neul Kim 75. Jeongmin Choi

So Jiyai Shin is going thru Q school ? That would be great to have her on the LPGA again.

Why only 15-25? There are 195 entries.
Qualifying Tournament Stage II - October 13 – October 18, 2018 at Plantation Golf and Country Club, Venice, FL. Approximately the top 15-25 players and ties will advance to Q-Series.
