Minjee and Megan Khang are bringing the course to its knees; they're playing incredible golf.
The course isn't easy, forty-one of seventy-eight players are over par.
My Gimmie is in perfect position....

Sung Hyun is leading the tournament, but not one interview or highlight. Talking about no respect. So Yeon had a decent round, only three back. Jin Young not so good.

Is Mi Hyang hurt this year? She's No. 82 on official money, it's so unlike her.

My bad, I guess that I need to do a better search before I post.

That's strange, we were just talking about the same thing.
This is the worst slump ever for Mi Hyang.

In Gee survived her last group of the day assignment to finish under par -1. It's a bit of a comebacker; +2 on front nine and -3 on back nine. When she birdied 4 out of 5 holes from 11th to 15th, it reminded me of the final day at 2015 USWO at Lancaster. However, I's a little worry she might've used up all her luck on the first day. The +1 for the last 3 "Gauntlet" holes feels right. It's a strange day; 3 out 4 bogeys were one putt, that she took 2 extra shots to get on the green. Hopefully, we won't see those again. Putter was on point; 24 putts for 18 holes. 12 one putt greens. But the most encouraging thing is her power, she averaged 252.5 yards today.

SIRAK: SUNG HYUN PARK FLAWLESS WITH BIG NAMES GIVING CHASE AFTER OPENING ROUND OF KPMG
www.lpga.com/news/2018-kpmg-womens-pga-championship-opening-round-recap-by-ron-sirak Thursday at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship was a snapshot of the first half of the LPGA season, with so much talent at the top it was difficult for any one star to shine brighter than the others. Then Sung Hyun Park, whose victory in the 2017 U.S. Women’s Open was a springboard to Rolex Rookie of the Year and co-Player of the Year honors, shouted loudly that she just might be that transcendent star. And Brooke Henderson answered just as loudly: Not so fast.

She looked perfectly healthy at Shop-Rite.
