With solo second, IK increased her lead over In Gee substantially for UL International Crown race.
In Gee has no margin for error; she needs to place in Top 3 at USWO .

https://www.instagram.com/p/BjTHKsxDFie Minjee held on for the win, congratulation. Nice finish by In Kyung Kim, also a great tournament for her. Maybe if she keep finishing at or near the top..... the announcers will learn to pronounce, In Kyung instead of IK. Really good to see Su Oh have a good tournament. I think that she should have played better, in the past. Sei Young 5 fairways hit, 13 greens hit and 33 putts is what you would call a bad day.

Round 4 I love Minjee, and congrats to her, but boy did she get a bunch of lucky breaks in the last few holes. It seemed like she was getting ready to toss the tournament away, but even hitting a bad approach on 18 into the trees magically didn't hurt her; she wound up with about as easy an up and down as she could have asked for while her ball hit nary a twig. She literally shouted 'Get lucky!' during that shot; the golf gods granted her wish. It really does seem like she always gets her wins whenever one of my all time faves is playing really well. At Kingsmill, when she had a ridiculous run of great shots at the end of the tournament to put the Monday finish out of reach of So Yeon Ryu, even though Ryu practically birdied out in her return to action that morning. At Lotte, when she came from behind to deep six In Gee (I recall Lee had a Sunday 64). Now this one against Inky. Why can't she do this when she's facing somebody I don't want to see win? Still, Minjee was very overdue the win, and she played more than well enough, breaks or not. IK had a great run on the back nine and came from four back to nearly steal it. At least she crept back onto the International Crown team, and has tons of good mojo going into the Open. A great top four for Su Oh, and Eun Hee notched another top ten. Sei Young, though... Yeesh, better luck next week! Sisters hwaiting!

Great to see her back in form this year.

When they showed the featured groups, In-Kyung referred to herself as IK. Are you saying that the video was recorded prior to this year?

The announcers are paid to know the names of the golfers. Are they just lazy. Calling Jessica "Jess", at the Women British Open calling Jin Young Ko "JY Ko, on some occasions call Na Young Choi "NY Choi" . How hard is it to say In Kyung Kim.

No, I thought I had read that, too. However, it seemed odd that In-Kyung would refer to herself as IK, no?
