I watched the first four hours on and off...the rough looked tough, almost no one was hitting the greens from there. Ariya (79, +7) began her day at the par-4 10th, which had the tee moved up to make the green driveable. She teed off with an iron, then shanked a wedge into North Korea...dropped another ball, hit the green and two-putted for a six. Maybe she'll be great only in even-numbered years. Rie Tsuji(79, +7) may have trouble passing Japanese customs on Saturday. Shin Ji Eun 4 (-2 thru 14 holes). Jess Korda(+1, 73) drove the green at #10 and three-putted.

I watched some last night. Good stuff! These top KLPGA sun-soo's are really solid. I believe a team of only the KLPGA's best could take on an all-american LPGA team and be competitive. You can't tell me that Jin Young Ko, or Kim Hae Rym are not LPGA caliber players.
Kordas are doing a good job representing caucasians.
Ariya seems to be in trouble. Who will exit the top ten first, her or Lydia?

Great start for Jin Young Ko. Jeong Eun6 fought her back after starting with two bogeys. The Korda sisters Nelly minus one, Jessica finished with three straight bogeys.

Ji Hyun strikes me as In Gee Lite. She has the same excellent posture and apple cheeks. And she has In Gee's thousand-watt smile but doesn't display it after missing a putt, like In Gee usually does. And she doesn't acknowledge her fans much during the round. But, granted, she's just having an average round so far today. A few birdies could change her demeanor. Plus she's stuck playing with the wild shooting Ariya, who's 3-over after 7. It's cool that she wears the WAAC logo...WIN AT ALL COSTS! Let's face it...Dumbo is in a league of her own... Based on personality....the only comparison is that In Gee is a yellow skinned black hair Gulbis. I've always LUV watching Gulbis's demeanor at events. I've only seen Dumbo once...and she DOESN'T DISAPPOINT.....In Gee is so FREAKIN nice and SO APPROACHABLE.....Dumbo LUV's the ATTENTION. LUV Dumbo!

Eun Hee Ji opened with six straight birdies in Round Two. I'm guessing that's not a record or else it would have been played up more by the media over there. Thirty players will finish Round Two early Saturday AM. The top-60 plus ties make the cut and Lucky 6 finished the second round at T-60. Old war horse Na Ri Kim shot 69 in Round Two and is T-60.

Do they make everyone hit off mats, or just the white girls?

Jin Young and In Kyung had another solid round.
Jeong Eun6 had the worst round that I have ever seen her have. It wasn't that she was hitting the ball all over the course. Her putter let her down. She couldn't save par when she missed the green, or make birdie when she did.
I think she will make the cut. So she has two rounds to make up some ground.
