Ya knew with a hour left....it's was TERMINATOR's to win...Dumbo was too busy acknowledging the fans vs. playing golf. Her window to get a front hat logo just shrank by 100%...just sayin.

I wanted to write something about So Yeon round, but decided not to. I really think there is something personal that she is dealing with. She has stopped engaging with her fans on Social Medial. Also not responding to tweets anymore. Not worrying about the golf game as much as the personal stuff. Hopefully she can put what ever it is behind her and go back to her great life. She had an okay tournament, it just seemed like anytime the camera was on her, she played like crap.

Not sure where these stupid comments about So Yeon come from. Except for "legitamategolf" comment which I agree with.
I was really talking about her family, notably her father's trouble. All the negative comments she received about that caused her to make her Instagram private. I do not find anything about that funny. Oh! Well some people!!! Never mind.

I think an approach shot eight feet for eagle on a par five. Would be a much better choice for "Shot of The Day". Instead of an iron shot, by Henderson on a par three to five feet. They sure find anyway they can to mention, or show her on the broadcast. Yeah, they were looking for any way they could to give Henderson some kind of kudo. Clearly, MJ's much better tee shot on 17 or Mirim's incredible approach for eagle on 18 were more deserving. Whatcha gonna do?

She has not posted on IG or a meaningful post on twitter (just shills for her sponsors and the occasional response to friends) since she became #1. It is very weird. She had always been very active on social media before that. Personally, I think So Yeon was unprepared for the amount of negativity she would face this year, first from the nasty Lexi 'fans' who actually thought she should have thrown the ANA so Thompson could win (I still can't believe that nonsense), then her dad's tax problems causing Korean idiots to plague her. Who knows what other crap she's had to deal with from news media in Korea demanding she win more often. And just the pressure of being the top dog has got to be a tough new situation. Fortunately, she still seems to act pretty friendly and happy between the ropes and at tournaments, so hopefully all will soon be right again.

Round 4 Congratulations to Sung Hyun Park! She got hot and seized the tournament. She deserved the win. Having said that, I admit I'm really bummed that In Gee did not get it done. Making bogey on the final hole cost her about $100k, but it was worth it, because she had to try to make an eagle to win. I'm glad she went for it, even if the odds were long and even though it cost her second place. I think the point at which she cost herself the win was when she struggled on 11 and 12. Back to back she was in the middle of the fairway with short irons, and both times she hit miserable approaches. To be fair, Namdalla also hit a terrible tee shot on 17, but the difference was she got away with it (a lucky break in that her ball ended up in short grass). In Gee was not so fortunate on her baddies. I can't find the stats right now to be sure, but I don't think it was a terrible round of golf. 70 was about the worst she was going to get from the way she was playing. But she needed to make her putts, and when it counted, she just didn't dunk enough of them. Still, she putted better than yesterday, and other than that drive that ended up in the trees on 6 (?), she was pretty solid tee to green. Up until when Park reached 18 in two, I thought In Gee had a great chance to win, but instead of finishing strong on 17 and 18 like she did yesterday, she just couldn't get it done. Too bad, but I do feel that In Gee has shown she is ready to contend again. Here's hoping she gets the next one. In Gee Hwaiting! So Yeon also bummed me out today, once more wilting in the spotlight. But even though she was relatively unprepared for this one, taking a two week vacation, she still managed a near top ten. With a little more prep, I'm seeing another win in her near future. I had to dig that they showed a closeup of Park's ball marker, and it said 'Namdalla' on it in Korean. That's boss! She wasn't flawless, but still managed to shoot a 64 practically without breaking a sweat. Impressive stuff. Yay Mirim! She wasn't able to get the win, but she sure ended amazingly with the only eagle on 18 all day. And Hyo Joo had a tidy 66 to vault into the top 10. Well done, ROY-to-be Sung Hyun Park! Sisters Hwaiting!

Also wanted to point out that this is the first time in history that the Koreans have won five straight LPGA events. They had won four straight several times, but never five. The five are: US Women's Open (Namdalla), Marathon (Inky), Scottish (Mi Hyang Lee), British (Inky), Canadian (Namdalla).

She would be tweeting about fire pit and water park safety anyway.

All of Canada came out to see Brookie, and it was all that the commentary could really be bothered to talk about. You had to feel bad for that entire mass of people that showed up. And then their adopted daughter In Gee comes up short as well. Giving Brookie "Shot of the Day" is the least the TV people could do and only a real jerk would begrudge.

The combination of Mo Martin in contention, with Judy Rankin in the booth, makes for terrible TV.

Who knew it was so rough in the Canadian hood? In Gee had a bodyguard? Or was he just a general security dude who happened to get a pic with In Gee?
