I guess a lot of people read this site. I assume a Callaway employee read this site and reported it to some Cally Exec to early terminate Su Oh's Cally sponsorship after portsea (Mike) posted that Su is playing the RUBBISH Cally Apex irons. Su is with a blank visor and a plain black bag. Maybe Su, Nelly and Dumbo should collaborate to get some visor sponsors. I guess BJ sucked up all the money Tina left on the table when she bailed on Cally and got greased by Parsons...no money left for others. BTW...did you guys notice Duncan French on Su's bag. Has anyone won a tournament playing "The best club period?" Tina should have spoken to Kerr before she made her decision. Hahn, Horschel and Ryan Moore all won on the big tour with the best club period. Bottom line is these girls can win with a Spalding set from the local Kmart.

I notice Jeff King the beef jerky mogul is not on Amy's bag. Let's see if he'd re-unite with the Terminator down the road.

Mi Hyang, what a thoroughbred...birdied the par-5 18th to finish at -6. Earlier in the week she received words of wisdom from oenni JY shin.

Su Oh had decided not to play Callaway well before the column I wrote - and was playing at the time (Aust Open) with a great set of Callaway irons.

Here's an interesting clip of a local Chicago Korean language station interviewing a bunch of the Sisters. Now's your chance to hear them speaking in Korean!

HappyFanEverything about In Gee is feminine; including her Korean speaking.

Round 2 Pretty good opening first two days for a lot of the Sisters! Sei Young Kim and Amy Yang have certainly put themselves into a good spot, and since they are two of the best Koreans without Majors, it will be cool to see if they can end their drought by Sunday. Chella, Danielle and Mi Hyang are more surprising, but both are winners as well. So Yeon has done exactly what she needed to do the first two days: she has gotten used to the course, made no big mistakes, and positioned herself just two back thanks to a final hole eagle. Time for a great moving day on Saturday, So Yeon! Speaking of moving, In Gee recovered nicely today with a 66 to put herself just four back, while Inbee Park had her own 67 and is just five back. Sisters Hwaiting!!! Chella So Yeon In Gee swinging Inbee Park Jiyai Shin Mirim Lee Na Yeon Choi

Well Shanshan certainly failed in her mission but Inbee is in the mix. Ariya did her sleep walking bit again in the first round and despite a -3 today just missed the cut.
Lots of great golfers at the top. Nice to see Danielle Kang co-leading. On to the weekend!

Great day at the course. I walked 3 holes with Hee Young before catching up with So Yeon on her 3rd hole. Followed her until the 13th, then held back to catch Inbee, Lydia, and Lexi for 3 holes before rejoining So Yeon for her final holes. 'Great eagle by So Yeon on 18. I guess I wasn't bad luck after all. In the afternoon I walked 18 with In Gee and Minjee. In Gee had a solid round, and Minjee pulled a rabbit out of a hat by holing out for eagle on 18 to make the cut by one. You should have seen the reaction by Minjee's mom, and the Flying Dumbos. Definitely the shot of the day, a high flop over a bunker from the rough. Got a chance to meet and chat with Dr. Won, Kylie, Minjee's mom, So Yeon's mom, sister, and cousin, and a bunch of great Flying Dumbos. All in all a great day. I'll post some additional photos in a day or so, as I'm heading out of town in the AM.

Post round interviews with So Yeon and Sei Young back to back. No complaints from me about the broadcast so far. Hicks and Koch may not be LPGA experts but they lend a real gravitas to the broadcast. Koch, especially, offers a fresh eye in analyzing the players. I think even Stupples has upped her game. I'm hoping we see Judy on the weekend though. The whole broadcast seems elevated from the A Team announcers to the technical aspects...if there's a Lexi/So Yeon rematch on NBC Sunday, the ratings will go through the roof. We'll all be wishing for this announce team in two weeks when we're stuck with Joe Buck, Holly and Inkster.

But it got me thinking which twosome could have a Duel in the Southside that would produce the highest number of viewers world wide. Maybe Aditi vs Inbee. Total guess and shows what I really know about international ratings, which isn't much.
