Dumbo has really turned up the SHILLING to demonstrate what she can do for her future visor sponsor....she's toast this year...spending too much time on Instagram, Twitter and carrying a staff bag vs. practicing like a REAL Korean.

So what's the asking price for the front-center space for her hat/visor? $500k/yr? $1M/yr? Obviously it was too high for Hite-Jinro to renew and she's signed several new deals (Tag Heuer, LG, Andperse, SAP) since the end of the 2016 season, but it seems none were willing to pay for front-center of her hat/visor. In the meantime, why doesn't she have a personal logo designed and have that as a placeholder until her asking price comes down or some sucker is willing to pony up? It just looks stupid to be covered in sponsor logos all over but have a glaring blank space in the most prominent location. |

Was Se Ri's 2B Won for hat only? What year? I believe Rory's original 10yr $200M Nike contract was everything, i.e. clubs, shoes, hat, bag, and apparel. His current Nike extension is $10M/yr for shoes, apparel, hat. I also believe Nike pays extra because they don't allow other logos on their golf wear. In Gee has a shoe deal and an apparel deal, plus she has logos on the sides of her hat, but not the center-front. I was just curious how much she was holding out for. |

Dumbo'a a FRAUD. It's been months without a logo......she's now UNMARKETABLE. Before all the few posts written above....I was thinking Dumbo's visor was worth about $300k/year...maybe $500k tops. I spoke with Dave Hull in 2015...he said the endorsements weren't quite as lucrative as one might think..no he didn't divulge any details. The Koreans are poor at execution...remember how STUPID Se Ri looked years ago when she play in her own even event in S. Korea...WTF..this is how you treat the women who made a nation of 55-60 million people golf crazy. She should have wrote to SYSR to get him to send her some of his "Thank You Se Ri' hats. I also think the Korean companies don't spend too much per player...because they sponsor so many players....look at all the Lotte KLPGA sponsored pros as an example. A wide and deep strategy. |

Happy Mother's Day to the few women here, who may also be moms. I noticed many of the pros pay tribute to their mothers on Instagram. Mini-Rocket and Rocket's mother is better looking than either of them. The dad must just be so-so.
I am going to visit my mother. Hopefully, she will comment that I'm losing my hair and going grey. That means she is feeling well and still is in charge at age 96.
