Disagree....the best Poppie's pond jump was in 1998 when Pat Hurst dipped her toe into the water...EPIC.
Tripp...WTF....I hate par 5 finishes....I want to see a tough and long par 4 finish....DRAMA.
And this is such a JOKER major....WTF...they build a grandstand behind the 18th green to take the water out of play....IDIOTS....IMG are a bunch of monkeys. That's like building a grandstand behind the 15th at Augusta.
Let's not kid ourselves...Bam is skilled and strong enough to hit a modern day 2 iron with ease....basically called a utility iron.....it's really just a smaller headed 18* hybrid.
Bam's not a mental midget off the tee and understands the important of getting as much yardage from a driver. Ariya is such a mental midget not being able to hit a custom made 430-460cc head driver with such a bigger sweet spot that a 3W.
Classic...Yank Pat Bradley won't shame the Yank Diva LPGA gals like Arron Ober did when he said the Yanks are being out hustled and outworked by the Koreans. I bet not one Yank gal has ever slept in a cemetery....nuff said.
Yup....as per Pmac....culturally....the Koreans LUV golf and support golf. Here in Van City.....I've yet to see a white mom hanging out on a putting green watching their kid practicing....seeing Korean & Chinese moms raking back balls is commonplace. You also won't see many white women playing golf in the winter...tons of Korean women playing golf year rd.
Oh ya....I've yet to see one white woman playing golf in a short skort and knee highs....white women get so jealous when the white guys fawn over the Korean women walking by...lots of DRAMA....Luv it. A Korean woman showed me a pic of she and her girlfriends at a KLPGA event...it was a fashion show the way these gals dressed up to attend an event.
I'm like Gilchrist .....don't care much for left hand low....but Lydia has always been left hand low....so why change....I'd be really interested to know how comfortable a std putting grip feels for Lydia. Some people have suggested I go left hand low...it just feels so uncomfortable and I'm not willing to put in 50+ hrs of initial practice to get comfortable with it.
Lisa Cornwell is in PS....therefore I have a sad feeling Stupples is there too...ugh....LC & KS are kinda buddies....I saw it at Sahalee.
Randall Mell in a suit in PS...kinda looks awkward....but it might be a Japanese thing...very formal and paying respect to ANA. The majority of my biz career was working for large US multinationals...wore a suit just about everyday...but internal biz meetings were biz casual...though that still meant dress shoes, dress pants, and a sports jacket. I did work for a large Japanese multinational...very formal...a different more conservative corporate culture....even internal biz meetings were full suits. I'm old as dirt so suits were always the norm for me....and never an issue for me...IMO.....the work dress code has gone way too informal.
I will admit, when you see Whan at events...he dresses well and looks the part of a commish....the guy is very approachable to say hi.
Many of the gals have ZERO fashion sense...but most of the gals are really tomboys too....that's why they are the best female golfers in the world.
Amazing! This might be the first time that two Golf Channel commentators picked three of four Koreans for their possible winners. And they are even good choices to boot. Respect!

That shocked me too. But I'm sure they got a stern talking-to off the air.
