Ciganda has come a long way this year. If only someone who attended the tournament could've described the finish to us using word-pictures.

Oh well, guess MJ and Chella didn't have it today. They really weren't that far from that logjam at second place (one stroke in the case of Chella, 2 for MJ).

Ciganda has come a long way this year. If only someone who attended the tournament could've described the finish to us using word-pictures. In many ways her game mirrors Ariya's. She has enough length to leave the driver in the bag on most holes. She doesn't have the short game that Ariya has, though. They both suffered mental meltdowns in the past, but have figured out a way to play through them.

Ciganda becomes the ninth multiple winner of the season, the most since 1999 which had 11.
Mariajo Uribe's T12th was good enough to assure her entry into the CME Group field.
I hope the tournament continues. Lorena is such a great ambassador for the game.
