LPGA viewers in Korea are helping The Golf Channel viewership. Does it say that somewhere or are you inferring it from something?

I know they say the Korean TV rights are the largest sources of LPGA revenue. But I think it's "largest SINGLE source." % wise it might not be that big. It would be interesting to know. Didn't it just get renewed in 2015? I never saw a story about the total value.

Thanks. Whan seems like a nice, knowledgeable guy. But, I don't trust a commissioner, who doesn't divorce his wife and marry one of the players he supervises.

Whan has a perfect canned answer for everything. "If you told me two years ago... 5 different countries... 32 tournaments... some more stats... everybody wants to be us... I never would have believed it."

Great Whan interview.
I enjoyed the segment when he talked about what he's most proud of. Introducing women to golf in partnership w the USGA. Over 60K a year. The money quote, if you ask the NFG what the fastest growing segment of golf is it's women under the age of 18.
And even tho I just sit on my butt and watch the broadcasts I'm making a difference, by extension. Sort of.

The Golf Channel will start live streaming at 11:00 PM tonight. ...and if you DON'T want to hear those broadcasters, try JTBC Golf at 11 PM EST tonight...their first replay will be at 6 AM EST on Thursday.

I don't think Korean viewership is included in that graph, since they watch an entirely different network, even if it uses the same feed...

Round 1 Good start from Amy Yang; she seemed to be putting it really well. Ha Na Jang did all right as well, but the majority of the Sisters were a bit off their games in round one. Hopefully they have their legs under them and will pick it up in round 2. Fighting!
