Remember when Never Compromise (I think it was Never Compromise) made that tiny headed putter that was a training device and Peanut actually putted with it on tour? That was pure.

Kimmie actually won tournaments using that thing; the head was barely wider than the ball. It was crazy! Re: Se Ri and Mi Hyun. There was a documentary back in 99, Kimmie's rookie year, shown on Korean TV. It followed Kim and her family on the road as they traveled from event to event in a trailer. They cut at one point to Se Ri, showing her eating lobster in a nice restaurant. The message was clear: Pak was living high on the hog and had it easy, Kim was struggling just to get by. This totally ignored all the challenges Pak herself had faced before her success, but a lot of Korean fans adopted this weird notion, to Se Ri's annoyance. So this doc helped to put a strain in their relationship that lasted for a while (and they already weren't that friendly, given the rivalry they had in Korea before Se Ri came over). All water under the bridge. They were never close friends like Se Ri and Grace were, but they certainly have let bygones be bygones.

Not something that I read myself. Although I respected what Se Ri was accomplishing back then. But after she came on tour, I became a big fan of Mi Hyun, and later Hee Won. It was just something unique about them that I liked.
