Nice passive brag...LMAO. "After the first 28 weeks of the season I sit very comfortably in first place among the 20 contestants. " If you didn't link your blog in WRX....you could join all the other passive braggers there who drive the ball well over...300 yards and only play blades.

"Once again Golf Channel shows that they don't care about their LPGA viewers. They are televising these rounds after they are already over. " That's because the LPGA will ALWAYS play 2nd maybe even 3rd fiddle to the PGA.....GC will be showing the PGA event live both this and next week. Women themselves are also to blame for the lack of interest in women's golf. How many women do you encounter who sit around watching golf, club ho'ing. avid golfers or participating in golf forums? That's what I thought....virtually ZERO. If not for the GREAT women (both young and old) of Korea who dress so nicely in their short skorts, pantyhose and knee highs who avidly play golf in sun, rain, and even the the cold...there would be minimal female golf participation. Happyfan and SoYeonFan are smart men who married Korean women....and if their wives don't play golf...I'm sure they have a nice sandwich and drink waiting for them when they return home from a hard day of playing golf with their friends.

That coming from someone who is afraid to compete. LMAO Make it worth playing and I'll participate. Kinda like going out to play a round of golf with the boys. Someone says...."Hey guys what are we playing for today?....and another responds..."Let's just play for pride and bragging rights"...and everyone agrees....another LMAO. Have you noticed none of the more regular/avid posters of this site or Rusty's Playhouse (though that site is quieter than any cemetery Se Ri has slept in) are not participants....coincidence??? I've also noticed you haven't picked up participants from 4gea, tgn.com, etc But I'm happy you and the other 19 participants enjoy the contest each week. I still luv ya....even though you're a Yank fanboy......lol....I'll even give ya a kiss and hug in front of Cindy next time I see you....though I don't see myself coming out to Brooke's playground in 2017. You'll enjoy Ottawa....make sure you and Cindy do some touristy things there...and our Canadian peso will make it cheap for you too. I never know when and if I'll make my way to Portland...too bad it has such a weak field nowadays...it's a nice event to attend for you and Cindy.....especially when it was sponsored by Safeway.

There might be nothing to broadcast....the typhoon might have wiped out the course.

JTBC Golf is showing this now if you don't want to wait for the GC broadcast.
They showed a wide shot of the 6th green, which is next to a lake. On the other side are about six buildings under construction with cranes.
I guess that storm didn't do any damage, it looks beautiful. BTW, aside from the players and caddies, there's nobody on the golf course.

I focused on the KB Star last night, so I didn't get a chance to watch this. Happy to see this morning that Minjee Lee shot a 65 and has a two shot lead. Chella Choi also in the hunt at 4 under. Not a good day for Amy Yang, alas. Go Sisters!

Sei Young Kim started with three bogeys first four holes. Got it back to even par. I would not count her out yet as people seem to underestimate her. For a golfer that has won five times last two years, she is somehow ignored as great young golfer. So she hasn't won a Major. Lang won a Major among others, she is nowhere near the golfer Sei Young Is.
So when someone says the LPGA needs to promote the young golfers, she should be near the top of the list.

For Jessica, the vacation is over; little sister is joining LPGA.
Hope it lights a fire under Jessica's belly and burns for the next 6 years.

I assume everyone saw all the promos/commercials of the LOVELY Westin hotel. Seriously...why the premier pros are skipping a LARGE purse and all expenses paid to play in the Hawaii of China is mind boggling. I really can't believe the HATRED directed towards the Chinese.
Considering the passing of a typhoon..the course looks absolutely gorgeous....I guess a 35 cent minimum wage can do wonders.
Those are crazy undulating greens.

With 8 tournaments in an 8 week stretch, something has to give. The Blue Bay falls right in the middle of the Asian swing. 'Probably a good a time as any to take a break. Also, with many of the Korean players sporting Korean sponsorships, they're not going to skip the KEB 'Seems like the Sime Darby is a popular tournament, so it's unlikely to be missed.

Seriously...why the premier pros are skipping a LARGE purse and all expenses paid to play in the Hawaii of China is mind boggling. I really can't believe the HATRED directed towards the Chinese. This tournament was started to promote the real estate sales of this new community, and maybe also the new Westin Hotel Resort. My prediction is it will go away after the initial contract is up. As you can see, there are more spectators at my club's men's tournament than this event. No one cares. With the exception of Japan, all Asian stops have around the same purse and you cannot play 6 in a roll. Why invest in learning the place and it's people if it's going away soon ?
