The first Major of the KLPGA season is upon us, and it's arguably the most important event of the season: the Korea Women's Open. It was at this event last year that Sung Hyun Park broke through for her first career win (hard to believe it was that recently!). She has 7 wins in total in the past year, but this remains her only Major win to date.  |

It must not be a very important tournament, if the Koreans on the LPGA tour are busy chasing a few dollars in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Disgraceful, if the reason they don't show up is because they are afraid of the Terminator. The longer they stay in the US, the softer they get.

The LPGA Koreans rarely come back for this tournament, mostly because of where it is on the schedule. The other three KLPGA Majors are in the Fall and take place around the time of the LPGA's Asian swing, so you will certainly see a few of the LPGA stars at those ones.

Sharon was Even thru 6 holes...then airmailed the green from a greenside sand trap at #7 and made triple. 
She's with Heo and Yoon on the broadcast...

Does anyone know about Sung Hyun Park's bicycle logo? I'd ask her at the US Open but she'd just look right through me. I rode one of those a couple of times. It is not easy.
