If Watanabe doesn't hit the fairway tree with her 2nd shot at the par-4 16th, this event might have finished differently.  BTW, it's not unfair to have a tree in the middle of the fairway possibly obstructing your second shot.  It didn't stop Ha Neul Kim from holing out for an eagle-two.  I think I've seen fairway trees in other JLPGA events, but do they ever have that on the LPGA?  I almost never see that when I play...NJ's Lakewood CC had one the last time I played there.

Watanabe continues to impress...the broadcast said she averaged 266 with the driver...we'll see how her power fade works at Cordevale (if she passes the qualifier, but how can she miss?).
