Congratulation to Shino Oyama. I can see why Ritsuko was upset. I didn't see the telecast, but looking at her scorecard. She shot thirty seven on the back nine. One bogie and eight pars. Maybe she thought one or two of those pars should have been birdies.

As a bonus, Shiho jumped ten spots up the Rolex Rankings to #37. Meanwhile, Mika Miyazato dropped four spots to #42 and is off Japan's Olympic team (for now). Obviously, Nomura looks like a lock for the #1 position.

Didn't know about the donation by Shiho, cool. I remember seeing her at the 2009 USWO...an upright swing, but a completely forgettable appearance. She doesn't look forgettable now. Yes, I knew Jennifer H. played golf at U. of Miami...did not know she had her sister on the bag. Jennifer has taken her lumps on Japan's "big" tour, but her T-21 in this event was a career-best. There are extreme positions in her swing, but it's fascinating to look at. Christina (class of 2011) and Jennifer (class of 2012)
