There are 16 contestants this week who chose a total of only 25 different players. I have not seen so many unanimous choices before. There is In Gee Chun, Shanshan Fung, Brooke Henderson, Ha Na Jang, Sei Young Kim and Lydia Ko. Minjee Lee and Lexi Thompson garnered 15 choices. No contestant will be perfect as Ha Na withdrew and Sei Young missed the cut.
It was very slim pickings after round 1 as Lydia Ko was the only favorite in the top 12. Cannuck was the only one to pick So Yeon Ryu to take the early lead.

With Minjee Lee getting in the mix, the scores improved slightly. Saint-Just X rises to the top by being one of the three contestants to pick Haru Nomura and placing Minjee spot on in second.

10 of the 16 contestants ended up with 5 correct picks. The rest had 4 with some combination of the quartet of Lydia, Lexi, Minjee and Brooke.
Those with five including the four except for GDSmyth who I mentioned earlier didn't choose Minjee of Saint-Just X, who didn't pick Lexi. In spite of the latter being one of only three to pick the winner Nomura and the only one to pick Jenny Shin, he finished tenth.
GDSmyth had the triumvirate of Ko, Lexi and Brooke within his top six where they finished. That plus choosing Gerina Piller to finish fifth and NYC was his cherry on top. He wins this week's Pakpicker.
