Apparently members are having problems logging in (I got a PM in another DB) . I was lucky, maybe detail instructions would be helpful. Sorry to intrude and sorry about the problem. Good luck.

The problem everyone is having is it tells you to sign in to post, but if you try to sign in it tells you that name is already taken.
In my case by a typo I signed elf instead of Elf. LOL

You can change your display name in your profile to be anything you'd like. Just remember to sign in using the name you used when you registered, it won't accept your display name at login time! It looks like a few more people have figured out how to get in here, so hopefully this will not be a big barrier going forward!  |

To change your profile, by the way, click the profile menu in the top menu bar. Then click the 'edit profile' button over on the right. Click 'Personal' tab and you will see a place to put any display name you want. That will allow you to have spacing, capitalization, the works!

Feels like moving the family to a new home in a new city and state. Already miss the old home and all those memories. But perhaps that old house was starting to show the wear and tear of age. A fresh forum, a fresh start.

It took me a couple of attempts to figure out that this board doesn't accept spaces in the username.

It took me a couple of attempts to figure out that this board doesn't accept spaces in the username. Check above for instructions on how to change your display name. That DOES accept spaces (I think), caps, the works. It will look to everyone around here just like the old days (but remember to use the non-space version when you log in!). |

Received 2 emails. First says "Thank you for creating your ProBoards account!' Second email says "Your account has been activated successfully." When I go to log in, I am not recognized. The story of my life. Oh well, if at first you don't succeed.......

I guess I’m the last holdout waiting for the old board to be restored. I have a feeling it’s not going to happen. Do you realize that there’s a 9-year wiki of women’s golf stored there? If the old board can’t be used anymore, would it be possible to create a viewable archive of all those posts which could be linked to this board?

I think something is screwed up. I tried to add a new tournament thread twice. It seems to be there, then it's not there.

Something is screwed up. I created a new thread in the tournament section, but sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn't. I may have a duplicate of it, which you can delete.

There was a brief problem with that that seems to have gone away. I ran into it, too, but everything seems to be working now.
Let me know if it returns and I'll complain, but usually these are server problems that occasionally surface in setups like this.
