Thanks for the update on Ha Neul Kim. I guess that I wont have to worry about her playing next year anymore. But still surprised that she didn't play in the last and next Tournament.

No surprise, Ai Suzuki announced she's NOT joining the LPGA in 2020 (above) ... excerpt via Google mush:
Suzuki said, “I wanted to go to the US Women's Tour since I was a junior high school student, so I lost my decision until the last minute, but this year I was suffering from injury, and now I am worried about my physical condition. In addition, because we don't have time to select teams such as exclusive trainers and caddy caddies, we decided to leave this member registration off. "

It is decision time this month ... Miki Saiki (age 35, seven wins) and Yuki Ichinose (age 31, three wins) are riding off into the sunset after this week. Both cited injuries during the last few years. I saw Saiki and her orange ball at the 2009 USWO. A translated article is not clear - Yuki became either engaged or married in September.

Shinobu Moromizato (age 33, 9 wins), who was 9 for 9 in trunk slams this season, will not attend JLPGA q-school in two weeks. This is not a retirement announcement, but maybe it should be when she admits the golf courses have become too long for her. I took her pic at the 2006 ShopRite/Acer.

Sakura Koiwai opened her day with a hole-out eagle at the par-4 10th.
Leader of the Pack, aka Superstar, aka Solar Lee was -3 on the front 9 .... and fell back to +1 thru 15 holes.
Erika Kikuchi ... I wonder if Hye Jin Choi was supplied with the same stupid sweater by 23 Golf ... I think some of these Asian golf apparel brands are putting Google mush English on their products.

Aside from players fighting for their futures, JY Shin is also news trying to become the first JLPGAer to average under 70 for an entire season. Bo Mee Lee has the tour record of 70.0922 in 2015. Shin started this week at 69.9337 and she shot 69.72 as a KLPGA rookie in 2006.

Teresa Lu (-2) at #15 ... she might not be easy to recognize, but from this vantage point who cares.
Haruka Morita trying to care of her money list problem in one swoop
Shibuno Fever reheating after last week's flop
Bo Mee Lee (-3) and Ah Reum Hwang (+3)
Rie Tsuji (-3) and Erina Hara (E)
Shooting 83 is not helpful for Asako Fujimoto when she's 64th on the money list

I wonder if Bo Mee Lee is going to get the boyfriend bump ala MJ Hur… she seems to be getting back to her former level lately.
Jiyai was the first KLPGAer to break 70 for scoring average for a season. The only other players to do it are Sung Hyun Park and Lucky Six, who did it twice!

Jiyai Shin is still performing at a top level. She was great on the KLPGA, LPGA and now the JLPGA. The other golfers during her time on the KLPGA. Golf Game has been trending down or retired.
When I checked Hinako Shibuno was even par going into the back nine. She turned it around with a minus five finish.

Two closing birdies kept her hopes of winning alive
Nice recovery by Jae Eun Chung (-4) who will play the weekend after shooting 67, but probably too far back to avoid q-school

Shiho Oyama forty nine on Money list missed cut. However number 50, 52, also missed cut. Shina Kanazawax no. 51 is -4. So maybe Shino is safe for top fifty.

Here's a stream for the start of Round Three ... the poster delayed the start of it by at least 45 minutes, probably to prevent YT from throwing him in jail.

How do you say, "Saturday is moving day" in Japanese? Defending champ Minami Katsu moved up four strokes and into a tie for the lead at -11. She's playing with Shibuno Fever who has moved up to T-4, two shots off the lead. I'm bailing out now, will check later if my NTV link will carry the regular Round Three broadcast ... it'll definitely work for Sunday, but not sure about Saturday.

I haven't finished watching the conclusion of Round Three on YouTube, but Bae must have gagged at the end because she was in the lead when I was watching.
