Giraffe convention
I'll bet the Euro ski caps will look better than ours

They are going with the war and austerity look this year. I think it’s a USWNT poster knockoff. It would be interesting to get to the bottom of it. Well, I’m not a fan.

The Korda's are in a pod with Lexi and Altomare. Nancy Lopez is running the pod.

Looks like Pressel has been entrusted with the most important task of the competition: Lining up Lexi's putts. www.golfchannel.com/news/juli-inkster-sticking-pod-system-groups-solheim-cupDon't blow it, Morgan. You'll be either the hero or the scapegoat. Inkster's biannual All-Ethnic Pod this time around (Kang, Khang, Park & Salas) is bursting at the seams. Angel was the odd player out. It goes without saying that Danielle wouldn't end up in Ms. Stinkeye's pod. **EDIT** Once again pretend "journalist" Ol' Randall gets his facts wrong. And he corrects his article without noting the correction and hopes nobody will notice. For the record, Pressel is in Pouty Face's pod and Brittany is in Lexi's pod. I don't see Altomare as a proper mother figure to Lexi though. This could tilt the whole tournament to the Euros.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Is this the "veteran" leadership Jagger was looking for?! Check out the caption of the pic below...what did she do, shank an iron off a seagull's head?! The idea of Lewis being beneficial in any way to pod rookies (in name only) Alex and Altomare is preposterous.

FYI, over 80,000 tickets have been sold...the Solheim Cup is embalmed forever in its current form.
I still believe a USA vs. ROK rumble is not only desirable, but doable...that empty week before the CME is just sitting there asking for it. There must be a reprobate financier on either side of the Pacific who can get this done at a top Southern California golf course.

The US and ROK already play one match against each other every two years at the UL Crown. What more do you want?
Honestly, this is like having Duke and UNC only play each other once, in the preseason.

i think with the introduction of the UL International crown they won’t see the need to do another team format competition. They tried with the Lexus cup USA vs Asia but it didn’t last. I also don’t think korea will do well in a team competition since match play is something korean golfers don’t get much practice in. American golfers do so well in match play because thee are so many competitions for golfers to participate in like Curtis cup, junior Solheim cup, walker cup, amateur championship, and even collegiate golf. I would personally loved to have seen a Solheim cup with America vs Korea during se ri paks days. Her, Kim mi Hyun, Han hee won, Gloria park, grace park, Jeong Jang, and all the other players who started playing on the lpga because of se ri’s influence. I hope one day there can be this Solheim cup style grand tournament to showcase how well the korean women can play. They can even make it korea vs world so Minjee Lee, Lydia ko, Danielle kang, and other players who are korean can compete together as a sisterhood.

BINGO!!!! That's why the pressure would be so high on BOTH sides. At 10 or 12 players per team, the USA knows they would be out-talented...at times, significantly. However, ROK's team competitions have been spotty...one-for-three in the UL Crown...I think two close losses to Japan in the Queens/Kowa, along with one blow-out victory. Theoretically, the USA will have home field, except that all of LA's K-town will show up for it! The UL Crown is a nice little event, but the USA vs. ROK element of it is so watered down and forgettable...drowned out by numerous matches and players nobody cares about.

Eventually Lexi, Fas-cho (or is it Kup-si) and Pano will be invited to KLPGA vs LPGA and the gic will cover it.
