Maybe's not so fashionable anymore to fanboy Korean golfers, even on this site, what with all the (s) awesome (/s) players currently emerging from Japan, China, Taiwan, Phillippines, NCAA, etc lately.
But if we want to talk about the best of the best, we cannot ignore Korea. They are now 7 of 13 on the LPGA this year. Not just wins either, more breakout successes: major titles, #1 ranking.
There should be a Seoul Sisters power ranking IMO. As in, who are the best Korean golfers in this moment? They are clearly Lee6, JYK, SHP, SYR, SYK, Inbee. I would also put Eunhee Ji and Inkyung among them, based on their previous two years. But what is the order?

Well, Six has certainly complicated the race for the Olympics at least! Note that So Yeon is back on the team (for now) and Inbee is OFF the team for the first time that I can recall! Good golly...

I don't see anyone behind her knocking So Yeon off the team. If she play like she is capable of and stop getting early bogies and double bogies. Inbee needs her short game to be near excellent, because of her distance off the tee. Hye Jin being on the KLPGA and Jiyai JLPGA works against them.

Hye Jin is on the KLPGA *for the moment*. It would not surprise me to see her come to the LPGA next season. She's certainly capable of winning the Hana Bank this year and earning a card. I can also certainly see Inbee getting back into this and knocking So Yeon off. Man, NOBODY is safe on this list. And there are a good half dozen golfers who could get into the conversation before 2020. I wonder if the Korean ladies will start changing their citizenship to Zimbabwe or Hungary so they can compete at the Olympics, kind of like how the second tier Kenyan runners do it?

I could also see Inbee stepping aside to give someone else the opportunity to medal.
