I'm looking forward to seeing Ji Hyun this week. I hope they do actually show her, but I think she will have to play well enough to get onto the weekend leaderboard to get onto the broadcast. And if she does, they better not call her 'Ji Hyoon Oh'. In fact, I've now decided that, until the broadcasters started pronouncing Sung Hyun's name correctly, I'm going to refer to a certain Canadian favorite as Brooke Hyoonderson. Please join me to make this a thing!

Jin Young Ko can't reach Rolex No. 1 with a consecutive win; but she can displace Ariya as No. 2 if Ariya falls outside of top 20.

Sirak needs to do the math. If you have twenty five putts and miss two greens. With no bogeys you would more than likely be ten under.
Instead Jin Young had twenty eight putts. Was seven under. Also Nelly statement that Jin Young made putts from everywhere. They both had similar numbers, Nelly missed three greens, and also had twenty eight putts. The only difference in their scores was the bogey that Nelly made. Jin Young birdies included two putts from the fringe on two par fives. One two putt on par five fifteen, the rest were inside ten feet. She putted good but her ball striking put her in position.

Fifteen-time winner Lydia Ko looks forward to making a stop in Carlsbad because of the sunny weather and the friendly crowds. It’s a fun trip down memory lane thanks to her win at the 2016 Kia Classic, but oddly, Ko’s memories from the win aren’t all positive. LYDIA KO READY FOR AVIARA, PREPPING FOR ANA INSPIRATION

I haven't seen So Yeon practicing with her driver so far. I know that she has only played two tournaments. But if her driving don't improve, it's going to be a long year. Driving Accuracy 123 place @65%, Distance has dropped to 88 place @258 yards. It's early so I will just chill.
