I shouldn't get so worked up about this stuff. Men's golf fans and men's only golf media are the worst though. I saw that tweet from Shackleford I think you're referring too. Give Shack some slack. There are less than a handful of "nice" men on tour and that's his only frame of reference. He couldn't tell Minjee from any other female player if she hit him on the head. Which she probably should. The ambulance chasing men's golf journalists could set a better example for the 4 handicap male LPGA tour hopeful about the quality of the golf we're watching.

It was smart of Sung Hyun to credit Woods; it probably earned her a lot of free publicity from the Tiger obsessed golf media.

Now I'm curious -- what was the tweet about? Minjee dropped a ball and immediately replaced it (official seemed to be directing her to). Some chud CC'd the lpga, the Commish and Shack asking if it was a rules violation. Shack made a joke about it in reference to the Amy Olson controversy saying it depends on if she's well liked, or something. It sort of implied he thought Minjee was breaking a rule but that wasn't shack's intention, I'm sure. I actually agree w/ Shack on the backstopping bit, I just saw it as more ambulance chasing of women's golfers for clicks.

If and when Sung Hyun Park puts her mind to it, she can be a dominant number 1 for a long time. That last round was scary good.
I don't think Michelle Wie will ever play for long stretches without suffering some sort of injury.

Yeah, Sung Hyun won this tournament, catching the other top two golfers in the game, despite having TWO meltdowns earlier in the week. What happens when she stops making so many mistakes? No wonder they are so high on her potential.
