Golf is unpredictable from round to round, to say the least.
Both Jin Young Ko and Minjee Lee flipped from their last round in Australia.

In Gee shot -3, not bad; but not good when there're 29 players shot -3 or better.

Rough start for So Yeon, only hit seven greens. It wasn't that she was spraying the ball all over the place. She was coming up short of the green with most of her misses. Especially with short clubs in her hand. Her short irons shots seemed to ride up the club face, instead of her penetrating ball flight. One thing I wish she would change is the five hybrid back to the five iron. She hit too many fliers with the hybrid. However, not to worry first round of first tournament.
Jin Young on the other hand missed only three greens. But thirty three putts hurt her score. Must have been frustrating watching Ariya making putts from everywhere. She hit a lot of good putts, but just a little off.

Those two eagles on the par-5s I saw on Muni's card last night was another LPGA online scoreboard screw-up...they were birdies instead. She's grouped with MHL (below) and Chella for Friday.
