Aside from her win at 2018 ANA Inspiration; Pernilla Lindberg had only one other top 10 (T10) finish in 2018.
She's off to disastrous start in 2019; may be the responsibility of providing for her new marriage is getting to her.

Weird time zone...the course is 15.5 hours ahead of the US east coast. MHL will tee off now at #10. I just heard the broadcaster guy mention Soobin Kim shooting an opening 63 three years ago.
Christina Kim opened with 73 (+1) ... with her Down Under caddy earlier in the week:

I’m very excited about seeing Webby in good form. The LPGA is short of veteran stars like Phil.

Round 1 Mixed bag. Once again a leaderboard with almost no Sisters on it. But Jin Young had a great start to her season and title defense: 4 under 68. Alas, a more moderate start for Lucky 6, only an even par. Still, congrats on making it through your first LPGA round, Jeong Eun! Interesting to compare stats: JE hit 15/18 greens, 32 putts, JKo 16/18 green, 31 putts. But Ko beat her by four. My guess is Lee will get the measure of the greens and start making more birdies. She can't afford a weak round 2, because the cut looms, but I have faith. Amy Yang and Minjee Lee had OK starts, but Su Oh really played terribly, and unfortunately she was the only Sister they showed today. KLPGA rookie Hee Jung Lim shot a 77. Baptism by fire! Hwaiting! PS - I hope they soon standardize showing Lee 6 on all leaderboards. I know 5 is not in the field, but later in the year when you look back on those leaderboards, it might be hard to remember which is which! Jin Young Jeong Eun Lee 6 Chella Choi +2 Su Oh Minjee
