And while the Yank female pros are spending the time talking to the media about their pipe dreams of an event held at Augusta....the S. Korean gals are practicing and winning events...lol.....ya ya ya...I know Bam Bam and Kerr won recently.
The Pink Diva should focus her energy and pay some respect to ANA Airlines, the women's first major to get viewership and attendance up. The 18th hole grandstand was near empty on Saturday afternoon and there were maybe 2000-3000 people tops at most around the 18th green on Sunday afternoon.
Creamer is all fluff...she doesn't have her name on her golf bag...she has...."Mrs. Heath"......lol.
The LPGA was struggling to find a sponsor who would make a long term commitment to the now defunct KNC (Kraft would only commit to yearly renewals). It was the Japanese who saved the women's 1st major.
Paula get you own gender to help grow the women's game.....women have only to blame but themselves for a lack of interest in women's golf. As much as women might be the fastest area of growth to golf...they are also the fastest to leave the sport too.
Avid golfers are men...not women.....it's men who are pouring in the billions to the golf industry.
Women's golf is extremely popular in Japan and S. Korea....Phil posted a video of the recent JLPGA event this past weekend...it had more spectators that the ANA....and it wasn't a JLPGA major.

Let's assume we live in the 4th dimension where almost anything can happen, including the LPGA playing at Augusta. Here's the current ANGC scorecard: The Member tees at 6,365 would certainly work for ladies...although I don't think a lot of them will go for #13 in two...and #10 would be a nightmare...and there's only a ten-yard difference at #12...and a lot of the ladies are accused of having one-dimensional short games...maybe Paula should zipper it.

Phil The 4th dimension...lol. I enrolled in an Algebra class in 1st year university and once the professor started talking about vectors in the 4th, 5th and 6th dimension I knew it was best for me to drop the course and find some basket weaving course....and I'm Chinese.....I was born with chopsticks and a Calculus 101 handbook.
The gals will not only fear 12...but 3 & 15 aren't the easiest greens to land on. The greens at Augusta are it's defense and Augusta is quite hilly.....add another 30-40 yards to 8 & 18.
I guess the Golf Gods showed the Pink Diva for yapping off....she shot 82 in rd 1 at Lake Merced.....I guess Mr. Studley will get no luvin tonight.

I'm glad the ANA Golf Gods made The Pink Diva trunk slam at 160 this week for mouthing off vs. showing them some respect to help bring more visibility to the 1st women's major that they have made a long term sponsorship commitment...vs trying to ride on the coat tails of the men's success. Don't kid yourself how hard Augusta National can play. How many times have the pros bailed out to the right of the 11th green...even with a short or mid iron in their hand. The smart pros won't even shoot at the Sunday pin on 12....a 145 yard shot. There are many other examples too.

Just because she wants a Women's Masters does not mean she doesn't like or respect the ANA. You can have both. And give me a break, if the no talent loser members who play Augusta National can hack their way around the course, the best women in the world can; they obviously can set it up to be as hard or easy as they need to so it's a fair test for the ladies. I just personally don't think the LPGA should get involved with those creeps. Any more than I liked it when Donald Trump used to nose around their events a few years ago, even if it did give them some publicity. Yick! But I have no problem with her expressing her opinion on it, and don't think any supernatural forces are standing up for the purity of the game by making her play worse all of a sudden...

I disagree. If the ANA was stronger, this wouldn't be a discussion. People have been calling the Kraft-Nabisco the "Ladies Masters" for a while now, so it can't be a coincidence that she's calling for an event at Augusta National the year the ANA gets horrible attendance.

Whan has been talking about his discussions with Augusta about a Ladies Masters since he took the commissioner job. This is not a new idea. The attendance @ ANA this year has nothing to do with it.

Well then you're not going to like hearing this: Donald now owns Turnberry, site of this year's Women's British Open. After that event he'll put it under the knife, or more accurately the earth movers, in hopes of landing a future men's Open Championship.Kevin

It's not all about you, Donald!

This discussion about having a Ladies "Master" and therefore a 6th major is a joke. Hey why stop at 6....CWO attracts a world class field along with much larger than average galleries....make it the 7th major.....heck Hana and the HSBC should be majors too.....let's round it to 10 and make the Oz Open a major too.
Next thing we'll see on the LPGA is an event on a par 3 course...oh what....the Champions Tour already thought of this....lol. OK.....a LPGA mini putt event would be appropriate.
