A Lim had a tough 16, double bogey after a poor drive that was unplayable. . .after missing a short par at 10, this may have done her in. . . Mi Jeong herself had a double at 8 but recovered with two birdies at 11 & 12. . .Pei-Ying had the crowd behind her but kept just missing her birdie putts. . .Good sportsmanship on A Lim's part as she fist bumped Mi Jeong after she made a couple of pars. . .good pairing of Miss Oh and Ji Young as both birdied the 18th and finished with -8. . .Min Sun birdied the 18th to tie the lead at -11. . .A Lim birdied 18 to finish at -10 . . Pei-Ying also birdied 18 to tie the lead at -11, But Mi Jeong also birdied the 18th to go to -12 and take the outright lead and victory. . .A Lim immediately watered her good. . .A good way for Mi Jeong to prepare for the JLPGA by winning on the KLPGA. . .

I couldn't get the Youtube channel working today... Grr... Nice win by Jeon! This was just her third career KLPGA win in 16 years as a pro.
Not a great week for Ji Hyun Oh, but she still notched a top ten. It's not often you see two foreigners in the top five at an official KLPGA event (even if this is just an early season co-sanction), so congrats to Taiwan!

I'm not surprised Yealimi made many bogeys, but I'm surprised she didn't make more birdies on par 5's; a sign her chipping around the green is suspect.
Like Lily Muni He; she needs to sign up Ted Oh to help her. Time is of the essence.

If anyone had technical difficulties, all of Round Four is here:
********
I don't think Pei-Ying Tsai is on IG, but one of her fans is...

Where does she go from here? She has no status anywhere, although the scrub tours in AZ and FL would be delighted to take her entrance fee money.
Yealimi's plan is to Monday qualify for LPGA tournaments.
...at $500 a pop. Her 53rd place finish got her $4,400...less Taiwan govt. tax...less caddy fee...less, less, less, etc. Lucky for her the Symetra Tour set up new qualifier events this year.

philknjYealimi’s first check is way more than my first check. Between her agent and Hana Bank, she’ll be fine.

I dozed off and A Lim was tied for the lead after the fourteenth hole. Woke up to see her at minus nine chipping at seventeen. I had given her that putt at ten, very surprised that she missed it.
Miss Oh..Love that name, bounced back after dropping to minus five. Great tournament for Min Sun5 Kim.
Hye Jin really started out hot, got it to minus nine. However dropped to a minus five finish, on the back nine.
Ji Hyun Kim was minus seven on the weekend to finish minus three. Coming back after the first round seventy six.

Yu Ju Chen is probably the best Taiwan golfer right now

Some takeaways:
Min Sun Kim is an explosive player when her putting is on. She has a Lexi-like tendency to putt terribly at times, but if she ever figures that out, she could be a huge star.
A Lim Kim is a work in progress, but when she gets used to being in the hunt, watch out.
Good start to the season for Ji Hyun Oh. Got a top ten with her B game. Hye Jin played like she was still in pre-season mode; she won't be giving away so many shots when she gets into the groove.

Bleh, she makes Sung Hung Park look dainty in comparison.
As for Taiwan's #1 player, Teresa Lu is ready to file an objection to your motion...although after the last UL Crown, she shouldn't object to anything. That team could use some new blood (if they can qualify for 2020).
