The Korean doldrums continue. But at least Ayean Cho won the individual medal. Based on what I've seen, she's probably the strongest of the up and coming Korean amateurs. They could have used her at the Asian Games!

The JYK Fan Club has made a nice video about JinYoung. https://www.instagram.com/p/BnKKFeTAXdc I hope JinYoung stays on the LPGA. Learning English will prove to be a big asset, and she seems determined to learn it. A good move might also be to have a place in the USA, such as Dallas or Orlando, where she can have a team present to assist her if she needs them.

They could have used her at the Asian Games! The top four individual leaders really separated themselves from the pack. Kirsten Gillman was hurt by a +2 1st round; but she finished with a -6, low round of the final day.

Yu Chiang Hou was one of two sisters I saw in back-to-back matches at the 2016 US Girls Junior at Ridgewood CC...her Daddy was a classy guy cheering the opposing players' good shots.
Hana Wakimoto and Teresa Lu...Wakimoto made it to the JLPGA big tour in late July, has a T-55 and MC in two starts.
Xiang Sui and Yuting Shi
The winner and low am (I assume)
