So far, it's a laugher for Misuzu Narita, who leads by three shots thru six holes.

I'm trying to watch the replay of Round Four this AM unspoiled, but the outcome is so obvious that I might as well post it now. I think this is the second time this year that the Koreans were shut out of the top-10...THEY ARE FINISHED!
RANK PLAYER SCORE 1R 2R 3R 4R TOTAL PRIZE 優勝 Misuzu Narita -17 68 65 71 67 271 ¥32,400,000 2 Ai Suzuki -14 72 69 67 66 274 ¥15,840,000 3 Eri Okayama -13 73 69 66 67 275 ¥12,600,000 4 Asuka Ishikawa -11 69 67 72 69 277 ¥10,800,000 5T Hiroko Azuma -10 67 73 69 69 278 ¥7,500,000 5T Phoebe Yao -10 68 70 69 71 278 ¥7,500,000 5T Mami Fukuda -10 70 70 66 72 278 ¥7,500,000 8T Mamiko Higa -9 69 69 74 67 279 ¥3,772,800 8T Kaori Ohe -9 70 69 72 68 279 ¥3,772,800 8T Yumiko Yoshida -9 67 75 69 68 279 ¥3,772,800 8T Rei Matsuda -9 68 69 73 69 279 ¥3,772,800 8T Megumi Kido -9 72 66 71 70 279 ¥3,772,800
Narita's 10th career win...the bigger news is that this one will probably push her past Momoko Ueda for the 4th spot on the UL Crown team.
w/ Serena Aoki(-5) and Babe Liu(-1)
Hae Rym Kim and JY Shin, both -8
Chae Young Yoon(-8) and Hina Arakaki(-4)
Chie Arimura(E), Kyoka Matsumori(-3) and Haruka Morita(-4)

I would hate to see Momoko not make the team, so she better keep her spot. No top tens for Koreans on the LPGA of Japan and none so far on the LPGA. What are the odds that they miss out on both tours. Then I guess they can say that they had top tens on the KLPGA. My bad, Mirim Lee had a top ten second round.

The Rolex Rankings website must have been revamped recently...looks totally different now and the filter function by country is messed up.
As expected, Team Japan for the UL Crown changed this week:
19 Nasa Hataoka 20 Ai Suzuki 55 Misuzu Narita 57 Mamiko Higa
***********
64 Momoko Ueda 72 Haru Nomura 79 Fumika Kawagishi 85 Erika Kikuchi 96 Ayako Uehara
The JLPGA's big tour is taking its one-week vacation this week...the team appears to be set...the only realistic change possible would be Haru Nomura having a big performance at KPMG this week.

Nasa, the youngest and the leader of the pack.
