Looks like Lydia's sister Sura got engaged... Derek Heath works quickly. Sura is super cute....I think she's 7 years older than Lydia...and I think she went to HS in Toronto....the Ko's nearly moved to Canada. I 1st saw her in 2015 at the CWO...I wonder who this Callaway appareled was....then realized it's Lydia's sister...chatted with her for a while...she's quite shy and not as snobby Jeehae and Sue Kim who snub people. There's a FANTASTIC restaurant in downtown Vancouver called Sura...it has an UNBELIEVABLE lunch special with so many dishes for cheap.

HJC is great but I'm wondering how high a player can get in the rankings by playing mostly in Korea.

HJC is great but I'm wondering how high a player can get in the rankings by playing mostly in Korea. I think the high single digits is about as best as one can do. Of course, she'll get invites to several majors, and if she happened to win them, it's possible she could climb into the top 5.

Of course, she'll get invites to several majors, and if she happened to win them, it's possible she could climb into the top 5. A translated Korean article went into the variouis points scenarios...my eyes glazed over, so I'll give the short version: She can easily get to #5 with a mixed KLPGA/LPGA sked, assuming continued excellent play, since she has many fewer tournaments counted in the formula, compared to other players. She's like Jon Rahm, who went from #5 to #2 after he played three tournaments.
